This is a fantastic hotel located on the Avenida da Liberdade which is a beautiful boulevard. Hotel was exceptional and fantastic value considering location and quality of rooms and services. Room was bigger than average and so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent there was a great choice of breads, cold meats, fruits everything needed to start off the day. Location was perfect for exploring Lisbon. We also had a meal in the restaurant which I would highly recommend as food was to a very high standard and I would certainly visit the restaurant again if and when I return to Lisbon. Compliments to the chef. Also staff could not have been more helpful so friendly and polite and there at all times to help and assist. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay in Lisbon.

The Hotel was what we expected. We only stayed one night, but it had everything we needed. There seems to be a lack of options for gluten free travellers, but I usually make my own allowances anyway. I did ask for some gluten free bread at breakfast and the staff member was more than happy to fulfill my request. I do feel that many hotels (and this is no criticism of this hotel specifically), don't have a large enough option for fruit. It seems that the standard is pineapple, watermelon/,melon, kiwi fruit (which was out of season). Very rarely will you see a banana or stone fruit/berries (which is in season). A simple mixture of fresh fruit would (surely) be easy enough?

The staff was extremely nice! We arrived quite late in the evening and despite this, the people at the reception were explaining everything enthusiastically. They were very proactive and nice every time we entered the building. The room was comfy, with a nice design and it was also very clean! We really appreciated the nearly soundproof double windows. Our room was facing the main road, but we could barely hear the traffic if the window was closed. We did not try the breakfast (ate out instead), but the staff offered us to take a look at the bufe before we make a decision on paying for breakfast. (We didn't look at the end.)

Location was great and the staff was friendly. They had some nice lemon water and fresh apples every day. Walking distance to the botanical garden and to the area where the trolley goes up the hill near the river (about 25 minutes on foot). At night, there was not a whole lot open except for some kiosks for drinks or hot dogs and other fast food. It's a fancy Fifth Avenue type street with high-end brand names. Great for shopping by day, if you're into expensive stores. But not a whole lot of late night dining options.

We liked that the location was quite accessible to restaurants and places we wanted to go to. The breakfast was great! The size of the room we had was perfect. But the best thing about the hotel was its staff especially PEDRO PINTO who was very pleasant and accommodating!
